Call of Duty – Modern Warfare 2
Nov 29th
After buying a Pc version of the game while in Brisbane, I have managed to go from start to finish in around 4-5 hours.
I would have to say graphics, storyline and gameplay are excellent. The whole story fits together nicley, while you shoot it out and find extra tasks to do along the way.
The assortment of weapons sometimes makes for some interesting decisions, you must choose correctly and quickly else a battle can turn bad very fast.
Good work guys and girls but I only wish it didnt finish so quickly. Oh well time to start again.

US AirForce buys 2200 Playstation 3′s – Yeah for Super-Computer studies.
Nov 26th
Could you supply and deliver 2200 PS3′s to the US Airforce

Apparently they will use 2200 PS3 to build high-def video processing, and “neuromorphic computing,” or building computers with brain-like properties, else they might have one of the largest PS3 LAN parties.
The PS3 8 processor Cell powers other supercomputers, including the world’s second-fastest, IBM’s RoadRunner, at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Once all the hardware gets put together, they intend to develop the software using linux cluster technologies.

Aussie Children’s Internet Panic Button
Nov 26th
Federal Government’s cyber-safety working group proposes that kids have a Panic Button if they feel they are being bullied, harassed or groomed online.
Parents would install a widget onto their computer and when the child hits the panic button they are taken to another website offering help and advice.
Good idea in order to stop the crap out there on the internet but do they realise how many panic buttons would be pressed, I myself have helped to fight this rubbish on the net and believe me its not easy.
Honda Fury Cruiser hits the streets on Townsville
Nov 24th
Rising Sun Honda Townsville launches the first test rides of the Honda Fury.
I got out and took a Metalic Blue one for a test ride. Sounds great, Performs well.
I’m really impressed with Honda’s first Cruiser, look out boys lets see where this takes them.
With a bunch of add-on that can be fitted, but from what I’ve been told you want to put a set of nicely tuned pipes on there.
Around $22000 on the road gets you a V-twin with 1300cc of fuel injected water cooled grunt.
Overall, I’m impressed and would definitely recommend that you get in and ask Andrew for a test ride, tell him Matt Smith sent you.
Photo coming soon

Geek Tip #3 – Got Outlook and Itunes and Outlook wont close
Nov 22nd
Outlook 2003 wont close? Check you add-ins manager and com-addins.
More than likely if you run iTunes and Outlook you find that iTunes Com Addin loads at startup and prevents Outlook from closing completly.
By removing the iTunes Com Addin you will loose the ability to sync contacts etc with Outlook but will allow you to close Outlook.
If you have multiple profiles on Outlook this can cause a bit of a bother.
